Overview: BeachComer is a luxurious home - just a short stroll from the beach and from world famous Seaside. From the moment you walk in, you feel comfortable and welcomed. This 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath home is beautifully decorated encompassing every comfort one might need in a rental home. It sleeps eight and has two spacious screened-in porches on 2 stories offer 540 square feet of extra space for enjoying the outdoors and overlooking the large private, heated pool—which is the cherry on top of this sweet retreat!
First Floor: Upon entering, you are greeted with high ceilings in the open-concept living area. The living room includes a queen sleeper sofa, 3 side chairs, coffee table and large LCD TV with TIVO. A whole house Sonos sound system features speakers in every room of the house as well as pool side and porch zones. The adjacent dining room has a large round table seating four to six. Additional seating for four at the breakfast bar. The kitchen is fully equipped with granite countertops and stainless appliances-including a professional grade gas range with insta-hot water spigot. The kitchen overlooks the dining and living areas, for seamless entertaining. Through a door off the kitchen, you will find a built-in desk and pantry space for food storage. There is a door off this room that leads you to the backyard grilling and outdoor shower. Just off the living area is a convenient powder room. The screened porch leads to the pool area.
The first of 3 king master bedrooms is located on the ground floor. This room includes a king bed, two bedside tables with lamps, a chair, built-in cabinets for clothing storage and an LCD TV. The private full bath within this room includes a walk-in shower. There is a door within this bedroom that leads out to the backyard grilling area and outdoor shower.
Second Floor: Beautiful hardwood floors and coastal artwork continue as you make your way upstairs. The second king master bedroom is located on the west side of this level. This bedroom includes a king bed, two bedsides table with lamps, built-in cabinets for clothing storage and an LCD TV. The private full bath within this room includes a tub / shower.
The third king master bedroom is located on the east side of this level. This is the largest of the 3 bedrooms and includes a king bed, two bedside tables with lamps, a bench, an LCD TV and a hallway between the bedroom and private bath that includes plentiful built-in cabinets and drawers as well as a walk-in closet for clothing storage. The private bath within this room includes double vanity sinks and a walk-in shower.
The laundry closet is located in the second floor hallway. Also off this hallway is a large screened-in porch overlooking the pool. This porch includes a loveseat, 4 chairs and two tables. A great spot to enjoy morning coffee or evening breezes!
All beds have new high-end luxury mattresses and bedding.
Outdoors: Enjoy the large, 14 x 30 private, heated pool (fees apply). There is ample seating on the pool deck including 4 loungers, 4 side chairs and an outdoor dining table with 6 chairs. There is a propane gas grill on the pool deck and off the kitchen is another gas grill connected to a hard-line gas supply meaning you never run out. Rinse off from the pool or beach in the outdoor hot/cold shower. A privacy fence makes relaxing at the pool a true escape! Parking for 3 cars in the paver driveway.
Beach Access: The beach is just one block away via either the Night Cap Beach Access or the County Road 395 Beach Access. Seagrove Beach is all public beach so there plenty of room to spread out.
Included Amenities: 8 beach towels, multiple coolers, 4 back-pack style beach chairs and an assortment of beach toys.
Beach Gear Program: We provide $40 / day of beach gear credit that you can use towards bikes, umbrellas, kayaks, paddleboards and more! (Minimum stay 3 nights and maximum credit of $280.)
