About Old Seagrove Family Vacations

Steve and Payson Howard Co-Founded Sunburst Beach Vacations in 2003 and as Owners and Managers helped build it to 135+ properties and a leading independent luxury vacation rental company on 30-A.

After selling Sunburst in early 2018 to an out of town investment group, Steve and Payson moved to Bozeman Montana and served as Consultants to Mountain Home, the leading vacation rental company in SW Montana, including Big Sky and the Yellowstone area. They did a complete analysis of the Mountain Home vacation rental business and implemented several new programs that improved efficiency and produced incremental revenue.

After spending 6 months in Montana they decided to get back to their roots and put their 15 years of vacation rental management experience toward providing local, friendly and professional advice and personal service exclusively for the vacation homes their family owns.

Old Seagrove Family Vacations was formed in Oct of 2018 to do just that.

Steve and his wife Payson and their family moved to 30-A from their home town of Atlanta full time in 2002 and have been actively involved in the local community. Steve has coached several little league and middle school baseball teams and has served on the Board of the Seaside Repertory Theater.
